お久しぶりです。きょう、秩父宮に行きましたが、ラグビーファンとしても、不甲斐ないですね。 オリンピック競技にもなったのに、7人制の選手は、15人制から引っ張ってきている状況です。 7人制は7人制専属で選手を育成しないと、厳しいでしょう。要求されるプレー違うそうなので選手に負担がかかりますね。

１５人と７人を分けて育成するのは日本ではとても難しいでしょうね。 違うスポーツなのだという意識を持たねばなりませんがそれは人材的にも育成能力駅にも難しい。 まずは意識改革から始めないと。
