日本のラーメンが世界中に広まっていくことは素晴らしいことだ。

博多一風堂がクールジャパン戦略の一環で海外に打って出るということだが、こういうことは如何なものかなぁと思う。
現地の人たちが日本に来て学び、それを母国に持って帰ってもらうことに重きを置いた方が良いのではないだろうか。

考えてみてもらいたい。
日本のフレンチやイタリアンはほとんど日本人が作っているではないか。
それをフレンチだイタリアンだと有難がって食べているがそれで良いのだと思わないだろうか。

ぜひ日本に料理修行に来てもらって学んで帰ってもらいたい。
